Responsibilities
- Own product features and initiatives end to end, from problem definition and design collaboration through implementation, measurement, and iteration.
- Build and integrate full-stack experiences across web interfaces, services, APIs, data layers, and native-app webviews.
- Connect AI and data capabilities to products and user experiences that create measurable business value.
- Shape technical direction and make pragmatic trade-offs across architecture, performance, personalization, caching, and scalability.
- Define success metrics and use product analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and increase the leverage of engineers and teams on broad cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript skills and depth in at least one modern web framework, with Angular and Astro/Svelte experience relevant to the web platform.
- Strong componentization skills and experience building reusable components and framework-agnostic shared modules.
- Experience integrating web features with native applications through webviews and JavaScript/native bridges; familiarity with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Swift, and SwiftUI is useful.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DynamoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, and SQL-heavy applications.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures or messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar infrastructure patterns.
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, product analytics, experimentation, feature flags, and edge-side experimentation.
- Exposure to LLM integrations, agent frameworks, LLM observability, RAG patterns, or workflow automation.
- Experience with 0-to-1 initiatives, undefined problem spaces, and demonstrated leadership through ownership of difficult projects with broad impact.
