Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support full-stack front-end and back-end solutions for enterprise products in the Collateral Product Area.
- Translate business goals and user needs into product opportunities, prototypes, value hypotheses, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and implement comprehensive manual and automated test strategies, including end-to-end, API, and unit testing.
- Collaborate with Teams, Product Owners, Architects, and international colleagues while following architecture and technical roadmap guidelines.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, proactively minimize product support needs, and improve team processes.
- Drive improvements to automation, tools, frameworks, and product development practices.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog with items that are sized, scoped, and ready for the team.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide the team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, evaluate generated artifacts, and guide responsible AI usage in the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with C# and Angular.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, including developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing and the ability to design comprehensive test strategies across E2E, API, and unit testing.
- Rich experience with cloud infrastructures and relational databases using SQL.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design and understanding of XP practices such as TDD and pair programming.
- Good written and spoken English skills at upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Readiness to learn APL and improve in-house tools and frameworks.
- An M.Sc. in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field is a plus.
- Curiosity, collaboration, continuous learning, and interest in financial-sector technology.
