Responsibilities
- Manage customer licensing requirements and provision cloud infrastructure, IFS products, and associated services.
- Maintain high service availability, environment stability, governance compliance, and security best practices.
- Engage with customers, manage service requests, and address customer needs with a professional and empathetic service approach.
- Drive automation and orchestration initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
- Microsoft Azure certification at entry level or higher, such as AZ-900 or equivalent.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is mandatory.
