Responsibilities
- Lead applications systems analysis, programming, and implementation activities for new or revised application systems.
- Partner with management and technology teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deliver products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes, resolve high-impact problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide advanced applications programming and system-flow expertise while ensuring application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advisor, and coach to developers and analysts, including allocating work as necessary.
- Assess and manage business and technology risks while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and programming software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a master’s degree is preferred.
