Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents and customer experiences that take actions in production environments.
- Design prompts, reasoning flows, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Own technical components end to end, including architecture, deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Create and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs that can move from concept to deployment quickly.
- Co-build solutions with customers and partners while sharing best practices and enabling their teams.
- Identify platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights for senior engineers and product teams.
- Translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic AI solutions with the Deployment Strategist.
- Travel approximately 25% to work directly with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English.
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- At least one production system experience suitable for technical discussion.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to deliver quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Preferred Salesforce platform experience or certifications, including Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and orchestration patterns.
- Preferred experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
