Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new technology partners integrating with Addepar’s platform.
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, Single Sign-On, and secure file delivery methods.
- Leverage and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and SOAP for data exchange and functional integration.
- Parse, transform, and map JSON and XML data.
- Implement secure API authentication and authorization using methods such as API keys and OAuth 2.0.
- Assess partner technical requirements and advise on integration best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and workflow diagrams.
- Support and troubleshoot technical issues during and after partner integration.
- Respond to and prioritize support requests from existing partners.
- Collaborate with Addepar’s R&D teams on product updates and platform improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting.
- Demonstrated success delivering integration-related projects.
- Strong understanding of API security, performance, best practices, and other integration methods.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive API adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- Interest in continuous learning and emerging technologies.
