Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new technology partners.
- Design and implement robust integration solutions using APIs and secure file delivery methods.
- Troubleshoot RESTful APIs and other service technologies for data exchange.
- Work with data formats such as JSON and XML, parsing and transforming as needed.
- Implement secure API authentication and authorization protocols.
- Collaborate with partners to assess technical requirements and advise on best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides.
- Support and troubleshoot technical issues during and after partner integration.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering integration-related projects.
- Strong understanding of API security, performance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with ownership of projects.
- Continuous learner, staying current with emerging technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
