Responsibilities
- Advise and consult directly with clients while architecting and implementing scalable, best-practice solutions for existing Addepar environments.
- Own and deliver high-value client outcomes while navigating technical limitations and roadblocks.
- Manage expectations and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive client retention through high satisfaction and referenceability.
- Establish and drive project progress, prioritizing and completing simultaneous projects through delivery.
- Communicate project health and status to internal and external senior leadership.
- Partner with Account Executives and Support Leads to create business-as-usual service models for clients.
- Partner with R&D on scalable tools that reduce reliance on premium services and promote client self-sufficiency.
- Improve internal and external processes and tools as the client base expands.
- Develop scalable processes, preconfigured templates, and improved methodologies to reduce project effort and timelines.
- Serve as a consultant and guide on Addepar workflows and capabilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting is preferred.
- Prior client-facing experience is a plus.
- Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems, or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, organizational, time-management, interpersonal, training, and partner-communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and apply creative, solution-oriented problem solving.
- Passion for technology and finance.
- Previous investment management software implementation experience is a bonus.
- Python programming or scripting capability is a bonus.
- Databricks and Claude experience are bonuses.
- Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available.
