Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Corporate Banking mobile platform.
- Design and implement complex, scalable, maintainable, resilient mobile applications, including offline and low-connectivity experiences.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to engineering teams and less experienced engineers.
- Own mobile security, device trust, authentication, software lifecycle management, and release strategy.
- Manage app-store releases, upgrades, and rollout strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, business partners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Influence API and backend design to support mobile journeys and contribute to strategic product and technology planning.
- Identify and incorporate new technologies, methodologies, and industry practices into engineering processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with React Native, Kotlin, and Swift.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and software lifecycle management.
- Expertise in mobile security, device trust, and authentication.
- Experience delivering mobile solutions within a LeSS or SAFe environment.
- Experience managing app-store releases, upgrades, and rollout strategies.
- Experience designing resilient mobile applications for offline and low-connectivity scenarios.
- Evidence of leading technical direction for customer-facing mobile platforms.
- Preferred experience improving mobile performance, accessibility, and user experience.
- Preferred exposure to audit, regulatory, or risk-management activities.
- Preferred knowledge of SCA, FIDO, passkeys, and device identity.
- Preferred experience using telemetry, feature flags, and experimentation frameworks.
- Preferred experience influencing API and backend design to support mobile journeys.
