Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to new customers during their onboarding.
- Become an expert on the Databricks Platform.
- Guide customers in making informed technical decisions.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the data or cloud field.
- Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Understanding of end-to-end data analytics workflows.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering or data warehousing technologies.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning.
