Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on technical advisor for customers.
- Own the technical relationships with a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Create end-to-end use case-specific demonstrations.
- Secure technical wins and handle objections to close deals.
- Use SQL and data analysis to solve customer questions.
- Guide customers in designing solutions for subscription management and billing.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
- Establish and maintain business process flows and project management assets.
- Educate customers on best practices through training sessions.
- Serve as a bridge between business goals and technical execution.
- Own adoption and the technical health of the customer.
- Deliver product demonstrations to an executive audience.
Requirements
- Preferred 3–5 years of hands-on SaaS/enterprise application experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in business discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with APIs.
- Background in computer engineering, software engineering, or technical consulting.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming or scripting languages is a plus.
