Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions that address clients’ complex integration and automation problems.
- Design, configure, and deploy iPaaS integrations connecting Adobe Workfront with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Workday, Ingenuiti, CQFluency, and other SaaS applications.
- Advise clients on API capabilities, integration approaches, API calls, object references, triggers, and actions.
- Configure integrations to meet client business requirements and research connected-system API requirements.
- Support integration testing plans and successful go-live deployments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team leads and provide integration overviews and high-level training to client administrators.
- Design, build, test, and support end-to-end integrated and automated solutions.
- Lead and coach junior developers while managing multiple initiatives and documenting SDLC and architecture processes.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of development experience.
- Experience integrating SaaS applications and web services, including relational database structures and data arrays or collections.
- Experience with web service APIs, OAuth, HTTP basic authentication, API keys, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience working with XML, JSON, PDF, and CSV data and file formats.
- Experience with iPaaS tools including Adobe Workfront Fusion, Workato, Tray.io, and Integromat/Make.
- Experience with AEM Assets, digital asset management practices, asset metadata schemas, and indexing.
- Experience implementing AEM Assets automation and workflows for asset approval, version control, usage rights, uploading, organizing, tagging, and archiving.
- Experience with Git and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Travis CI.
- Ability to gather requirements and design, build, test, and support solutions.
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end integrated and automated solutions.
- Experience leading and coaching junior developers, consulting, and producing SDLC and architecture documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, and client-service skills.
- Experience with AEM CMS alongside AEM Assets is preferred.
- Prior Life Sciences industry experience and connections are preferred.
