Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions.
- Drive technical architecture for pod initiatives, including backend services and frontend interfaces.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered agents and workflows into products.
- Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality and system design.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem scope and deliver outcomes.
- Serve as a technical voice in cross-team architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering scalable software systems.
- Strong full-stack background with experience in backend and frontend technologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture for a platform or product.
- Experience with LLM-powered agents or AI platform infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and extending them through custom plugins.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of LLM behavior.
- Foundation in modern backend (Java, Kotlin) and frontend (TypeScript, React) technologies.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
