Responsibilities
- Drive the full QA lifecycle by reviewing requirements, designing test strategies, and executing tests.
- Validate cross-platform workflows, integrations with external platforms, data flows, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Create test plans, knowledge-base articles, and bug reports.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, QA engineers, and automation teams in an Agile environment.
- Debug, investigate, and help resolve product issues while expanding automation coverage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant software quality engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in QA methodologies with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Experience using Unix/Linux environments for log analysis and backend debugging.
- Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, independence, teamwork, and ability to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AI testing tools, SaaS enterprise software, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and the pharma or life sciences domain.
