Base Salary

$155k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core/server-side Java solutions for a fixed-income rates electronic trading platform.
Add business logic and new services while maintaining legacy systems and resolving software defects.
Own assignments end to end, from requirements gathering through rollout.
Develop QA automation and frameworks as needed.
Communicate directly with traders, sales representatives, operations teams, clients, and technology partners.
Learn and contribute to multiple components of the electronic trading platform and use other technologies as business needs require.

At least 6 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong server-side Java development and object-oriented programming experience.
Fixed-income domain knowledge, with experience in rates such as US Treasuries or swaps.
Previous electronic trading experience with venues such as Tradeweb, Bloomberg, BrokerTec, eSpeed, or Fenics.
Algorithm development and low-latency development experience.
Willingness to work with Python and other technologies as business objectives require.
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and part of a team.
Ability to use Claude Code or similar command-line AI tools.
