Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems and data infrastructure for orchestration and lab execution.
- Develop APIs and backend services that integrate with AI-driven applications.
- Manage database architectures for optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement backend services focusing on performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Diagnose and optimize system bottlenecks for high availability and low-latency performance.
- Build and deploy production-grade systems on AWS using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data pipelines into scientific workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of engineering experience in large-scale backend or data systems.
- Experience in developing distributed software and data systems.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven problem-solving skills in backend challenges.
