Responsibilities
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on document schema design.
- Develop an understanding of core MongoDB database functionality and Atlas features.
- Deliver Design Review sessions to customer development teams.
- Communicate insights gathered from developer engagement to inform team members.
- Deliver virtual and in-person developer enablement sessions to large audiences.
- Create language-specific content to educate various developer communities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing and developer-centric roles.
- At least 3 years of experience consulting with development teams.
- Proficiency in at least one popular programming language (Java, Python, Javascript).
- Familiarity with two or more additional programming languages.
- Experience in creating effective developer-focused code and content.
- Strong presentation skills and public speaking experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the UK and Europe.
