Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate risks from third-party AI tools in Spotify’s collaboration ecosystem.
- Design, build, and evaluate autonomous agents for IT issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and product owners to create AI-first experiences.
- Take operational ownership of developed components and services.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and upskilling in AI fluency across IT teams.
Requirements
- Skilled in designing, building, testing, debugging, and optimizing agentic systems or workflows.
- Experienced in delivering end-to-end solutions with a strong understanding of software architecture.
- Proficient in Java for backend services and experienced with JavaScript/React for front-end interfaces.
- Passionate about experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex technical spaces.
