Responsibilities
- Modernize a large VB6 legacy codebase using AI tools.
- Refactor and build new components in Python and SQL.
- Diagnose production issues in a multi-tenant environment.
- Optimize SQL queries and write Python scripts.
- Collaborate directly with client engineers and product leaders.
Requirements
- Comfort with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Solid experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience with large, complex legacy codebases.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
- Ability to read and understand VB6, COM/ActiveX, or equivalent legacy technologies.
