Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and requirements analysis and translate business objectives into cloud, data, AI, integration architectures, and roadmaps.
- Design secure, scalable, cost-optimized architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
- Architect AI, MLOps, data, analytics, GenAI, and automation platforms for enterprise and regulated use cases.
- Own the presales lifecycle, including solutioning, sizing, TCO/ROI modeling, bid responses, RFP compliance, technical proposals, and executive presentations.
- Define governance, security-by-design, and compliance-by-design controls aligned with applicable regulatory and industry frameworks.
- Create high-level and low-level designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation for integrations, APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and data flows.
- Coordinate with product, security, PMO, delivery, managed services, hyperscaler, and ecosystem partner teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution and cloud architects.
- Monitor emerging technologies and incorporate relevant capabilities into enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 7–10 years in solution or cloud architecture roles.
- Experience designing and delivering multi-cloud or hybrid architectures on AWS, Azure, and preferably GCP or OCI for regulated or mission-critical workloads.
- Strong presales experience covering RFP/RFI ownership, complex deal shaping, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level presentations in North America.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and MLOps stacks including Bedrock, SageMaker, PyTorch, LangChain, and MLflow.
- Leadership experience building or leading architecture or presales teams and driving cloud/AI practice growth or regional revenue.
- Experience with data center modernization, application migration, API-led integration, microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and observability.
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, IAM, encryption, zero trust, and regulatory controls.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks including TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN.
- Proficiency with DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, automation, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and policy-as-code.
- Knowledge of AI governance and risk frameworks including NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act concepts, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, CXO advisory, commercial, TCO/ROI modeling, pricing, and business-case development skills.
- Technical proficiency with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Oracle, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and monitoring or observability platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include hyperscaler GTM execution, regulated-industry or sovereign-cloud experience, regional compliance familiarity, and a strong North American enterprise technology network.
Benefits
- Base salary is $220,000–$280,000 USD annually.
- Overall compensation includes on-target earnings of $275,000–$350,000 USD annually.
- Additional ESOP is listed at $30,000–$68,000 USD annually.
