Responsibilities
- Design patterns, tooling, and templates to deploy machine learning models into production.
- Scale AI/ML solutions on strategic infrastructure and integrate them into existing systems.
- Analyze data from a wide range of sources to identify themes, impacts, causes, and potential answers.
- Identify shortcomings and implement improvements to processes, systems, procedures, and IT security practices.
- Deliver prescribed outcomes using established data management and risk management systems.
- Support strategic planning, knowledge management, and change management activities.
- Coach colleagues and support the development of team members.
- Manage a small team, set short-term objectives, and support direct-report performance management.
