Responsibilities

Ensure the Appian platform is fast, scalable, and capable of handling customer configurations.
Solve complex problems related to high-performance data systems.
Write software using full-stack Java and web technologies.
Implement features using both object-oriented and functional programming approaches.
Manage system availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency.
Contribute to team feature breakdowns and design new feature implementations.
Communicate technical designs effectively to small to medium-sized audiences.
Respond to and resolve emergent problems, building automation to prevent recurrence.

10+ years of experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade software applications.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience with CI/CD in cloud environments like AWS and Jenkins.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; MS preferred.
Demonstrable understanding of systems, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
