Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for credit decisioning and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Lead machine learning projects from initial concept through to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Identify patterns in data and implement models that adapt to new information.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional ML engineering, data science, or equivalent software engineering experience.
- Solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals with specialization in areas like causal modeling or NLP.
- Experience with the complete development cycle from product definition to delivery.
