Base Salary
$168k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy and lead architecture for the Annapurna Labs machine learning platform across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with EC2 teams and manufacturing partners on system integration.
- Own and drive end-to-end software qualification frameworks and processes.
- Mentor engineers on implementation best practices.
- Develop C/C++ software and firmware running on Linux.
- Architect and develop software and firmware for NeuronSwitches.
- Bring up new hardware, debug board-level issues, and optimize data paths.
- Write device drivers, build ML infrastructure, implement switch-fabric control logic, and develop testing, qualification, and production-deployment tooling.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
