Base Salary

$180k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
Write, optimize, and debug SQL and SOQL queries across standard and custom objects and complex data models.
Configure Salesforce workflows, validation rules, security settings, role hierarchies, and other administrative operations.
Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor system performance, maintain data integrity, and support compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews while documenting and delivering reliable code on schedule.
Manage multiple priorities and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

In-depth, proven knowledge of the Salesforce development process, Salesforce architecture, and CRM processes.
Proficiency writing clean, readable, reliable code and delivering it on schedule.
Good knowledge of JavaScript and SQL, including efficient SOQL query development and debugging.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, customer-service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage urgent interruptions professionally, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
