Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
- Write, optimize, and debug SQL and SOQL queries across standard and custom objects and complex data models.
- Configure Salesforce workflows, validation rules, security settings, role hierarchies, and other administrative operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor system performance, maintain data integrity, and support compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews while documenting and delivering reliable code on schedule.
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- In-depth, proven knowledge of the Salesforce development process, Salesforce architecture, and CRM processes.
- Proficiency writing clean, readable, reliable code and delivering it on schedule.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and SQL, including efficient SOQL query development and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, customer-service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage urgent interruptions professionally, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
