$120k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions covering Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
- Configure and support asset lifecycle processes for procurement, deployment, inventory, compliance, reclamation, and retirement.
- Develop and maintain integrations among ServiceNow, CMDB, Discovery, procurement systems, warehouse solutions, and asset management platforms.
- Build automated workflows for asset governance, compliance monitoring, certification, and remediation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, governance teams, security partners, and technology organizations on enterprise asset management controls.
- Support software license optimization, compliance audits, publisher true-ups, and remediation efforts.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Lead technical design reviews, mentor team members, promote best practices, and contribute to modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience with expertise in IT Asset Management.
- Deep experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Configuration Management processes.
- Expertise with REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise system integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security models, ACLs, update sets, application development, and platform governance.
- Knowledge of asset governance, compliance controls, auditing requirements, operational support, and risk management practices.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and delivering solutions through the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions using configuration best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT Asset Management.
