Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Lead delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery through production.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates for business use.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and ensure workflow safety.
- Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for safe and effective intelligent automation.
- Partner with product owners, subject-matter experts, and internal business teams to operationalise AI workflows.
- Coach colleagues and act as a technical partner and AI evangelist.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production applications or automations, particularly involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and comfort working with SDKs and webhooks.
- Ability to design secure, auditable agents with a controlled blast radius.
- Experience translating business pain points into technical solution designs with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to coach others and improve AI fluency through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
