Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates for business teams.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI-native workflow performance and safety.
- Lead delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery through production.
- Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for safe intelligent automation.
- Partner with internal teams, product owners, and subject matter experts as a forward-deployed engineer.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production applications or automations involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and familiarity with SDKs and webhooks.
- Ability to design secure, auditable agents with controlled blast radius.
- Experience translating business pain points into technical solution designs with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to coach others through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
