Responsibilities
- Develop customer engagement strategies for Startup and Digital Native customers in the Nordics region.
- Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
- Influence stakeholders through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem and third-party applications.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and the adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Create customer-facing collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Pursue professional development in technical specialization, industry thought leadership, strategic vision, or people management.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the data landscape, including Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI.
- Experience with Startups and Digital Native organizations is advantageous.
- Ability to engage in complex customer interactions and influence decision-makers.
- Skilled in coding with languages like Python, SQL, Scala, or Java, and foundational knowledge of Apache Spark.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms.
- Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs.
