Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven track record of writing maintainable and performance-optimized systems code.
- Systems-level thinker capable of long-term design integration.
- Strong communication skills in English for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in collaborative environments with pair programming and peer reviews.
- Comfortable working asynchronously and leading design discussions.
- Senior-to-staff level backend development experience in Rust, Java, Go, or C++.
- Commitment to ethical considerations in software engineering.
