Responsibilities
- Plan application, integration, user acceptance, and operational acceptance tests.
- Determine testing environment requirements.
- Manage test preparation and execution to keep testing on schedule and within budget.
- Follow defined testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
- Develop test scripts, test conditions, input data, and expected results.
- Execute tests and document defects, issues, and testing progress.
- Coordinate testing plans, interdependencies, schedules, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of testing experience.
- Ability to develop and manage all aspects of testing efforts, including plans, interdependencies, and schedules.
- Ability to document and follow detailed test scripts and defect-tracking instructions.
- Ability to communicate testing progress, defects, and issues and take corrective action.
- Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits into the project life cycle.
- Latvian citizenship is required due to project requirements.
- Candidates must currently hold an EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months after receiving an offer.
- Mobile native application testing experience is desirable.
- ISTQB Foundation, Agile, Advanced Test Analyst, or another relevant certification is desirable.
- Cloud certification is desirable.
