Solutions Engineer - France
Neural ConceptResponsibilities
- Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner and engineering advisor across customer organizations.
- Lead structured discovery sessions and frame technically feasible, commercially grounded AI use cases.
- Define account-specific AI strategies and technical roadmaps aligned with Neural Concept’s capabilities and product direction.
- Create and deliver client-tailored technical demonstrations and presentations.
- Create and co-own Statements of Work with a detailed understanding of technical building blocks and workflow transformation.
- Prepare and run Steering Committees connecting engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
- Drive user adoption and engagement across technical users, managers, and designers.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and shape them into scoped proposals.
- Collaborate with Sales on deal progression and closure, with Forward Deployed Engineering on delivery transitions, and with Product and R&D on customer-informed roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows and how AI can transform engineering workflows.
- Conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning applied to engineering.
- Working knowledge of Python and modern development practices, including comfort creating demos and prototypes with AI-assisted tools.
- Experience in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or engineering consulting.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on simulation experience across CAD, post-processing, solvers, and workflow automation.
- Preferred qualifications include strong Python programming, data pipeline development, and experience with ML/DL model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Preferred qualifications include technical discovery across customer toolchains, data environments, and simulation setups.
- Preferred qualifications include building end-to-end engineering workflow demonstrations and experience with engineering software, digital transformation consulting, ML/DL research or development, or CAE workflow automation.
