Base Salary
$105k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Handle daily production support and resolve escalated tickets with business and technical teams.
- Write, debug, and refactor .NET code to improve and stabilize the existing system.
- Maintain Perl, Unix Shell, and Windows batch scripts for scheduled jobs and automation.
- Follow formal Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Participate in requirements discussions and help shape technical solutions.
- Build new features or small applications as required by the roadmap.
- Maintain documentation as the system evolves.
Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience, ideally in application support with hands-on development rather than monitoring alone.
- Strong .NET and SQL skills.
- Experience with Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows batch scripting.
- Comfort working in a ticket-driven, process-heavy environment.
- Prior exposure to equities or trading back-office systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
