Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Salesforce and AWS platforms.
- Drive automation through Infrastructure as Code, deployment tooling, and reusable engineering patterns.
- Support the availability, performance, resilience, and operational stability of Salesforce services across development, test, and production environments.
- Embed security controls, compliance validation, vulnerability management, and secure-by-design practices into the delivery lifecycle.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve observability and incident response.
- Support incident, problem, and change management while improving DevOps maturity and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong DevOps engineering experience in complex enterprise or highly regulated environments.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong AWS cloud engineering expertise and experience managing cloud-hosted environments.
- Experience supporting Salesforce delivery programmes, including release management, deployment tooling, and environment strategies.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, security automation, compliance controls, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with scripting, Git source control, automated deployments, and platform performance optimization.
- Salesforce or AWS certifications, regulated-sector experience, and ITIL qualifications or experience are desirable.
