Responsibilities
- Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working internal tools and automations.
- Identify and proactively automate repetitive manual workflows.
- Scope, build, test, and ship software independently using AI coding tools.
- Develop reporting automations and internal sales tools across multiple projects.
- Prioritize business-unblocking work and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Document tools and automations for teammate use and maintenance.
Requirements
- Be a recent graduate or have up to two years of professional experience.
- Have independently delivered working software with AI coding tools and automated recurring workflows through code.
- Build end-to-end internal tools from scoping through testing and release without extensive engineering support.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
