Responsibilities

  • Develop technical proposals and provide implementation support for no-code/low-code, generative AI, RPA, and OCR solutions.
  • Evaluate multiple products and technologies, define evaluation criteria, and support objective solution selection.
  • Design and propose system architectures combining Microsoft Azure and other IT services.
  • Construct environments and measure the implementation effectiveness of RPA tools in virtualized environments.
  • Conduct R&D related to emerging AI technologies, particularly natural-language processing and image analysis.
  • Share technical knowledge with team members and strengthen the department’s solution capabilities.
  • Participate in proposal creation, technical verification, solution implementation support, and cross-project technical problem solving.

Requirements

  • At least two years of project assignment experience in business-system development at a consulting firm or systems integrator.
  • Practical experience comparing and evaluating the implementation of multiple products.
  • Experience implementing, designing, or building environments using cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.
  • Native-level Japanese ability, equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test level 1 or higher.
  • RPA or AI implementation experience is preferred, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or OpenAI-based technologies.
  • Experience with C#, VB.NET, Python, TensorFlow, or GCP is preferred.
  • University-level knowledge of statistics and mathematics and experience preparing competitive-proposal documents are preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate diverse technologies and design end-to-end systems across infrastructure and applications.

  • Possible client-site assignment for approximately 15% to 20% of the work, depending on the project.
  • Annual salary ranges from ¥7,500,000 to ¥15,000,000 across senior consultant and manager classes, with performance bonus included for the manager class.
