Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and integrate customized software applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Lead development and implementation of software solutions for complex business challenges.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage and collaborate with teams, and make decisions affecting team and cross-team work.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project objectives.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application design and configuration principles.
- Experience integrating software components to meet comprehensive business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
