Responsibilities
- Report to the PingOne Admin Experience Manager.
- Serve as both an Individual Contributor and tech lead for the team.
- Ensure the team follows SDLC best practices.
- Lead architectural designs for team initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to clarify requirements.
- Facilitate communication with other engineering teams to resolve dependencies.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience as a backend Software Development Engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing SaaS applications.
- Proficient in developing with Java Framework.
- Extensive experience in developing test automation, including unit and integration tests.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in analyzing product requirements and designing software architecture.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring lower-level software engineers.
