Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce end to end, including its data model, schema, Flows, validation rules, permissions, record pages, DevOps hygiene, reliability, and revenue-lifecycle processes.
- Build and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Lightning Web Components, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Administer, integrate, evaluate, and consolidate the broader GTM technology stack and manage its API, OAuth, and access patterns.
- Own GTM user provisioning, role and permission changes, deprovisioning, and audience-based access design.
- Own CPQ, quoting controls, approval paths, quote-to-cash processes, contracts, entitlements, billing structures, renewals, expansions, churn mechanics, and customer lifecycle design.
- Build and ship AI and agentic GTM capabilities including health and scoring models, MEDDPICC scorers, account research agents, enrichment, routing, call-signal extraction, MCP servers, and LLM tooling.
- Establish AI evaluations, monitoring, confidence scoring, reversibility, explainability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Design data-quality and reporting controls, execute validated population-scale backfills, and resolve GTM system issues at their root cause.
- Define technical solutions for ambiguous business problems and partner with RevOps, Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Finance, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years owning GTM systems in a revenue, sales, or RevOps organization, primarily through hands-on Salesforce administration.
- Recent experience owning GTM tools beyond Salesforce, including integrations and access management across comparable platforms.
- Demonstrated experience building and operating broad GTM technology stacks rather than owning only one isolated system.
- Hands-on production experience with CPQ, quote-to-cash, quoting controls, contracts, entitlements, customer lifecycle design, and renewals.
- Recent, concrete production experience applying AI and LLMs to GTM systems, with the ability to explain implementation, evaluation, and business impact.
- Working familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components sufficient to read, validate, test, and safely deploy code with AI coding tools.
- Comfort with SQL and enough Python or scripting to build and debug pipelines, integrations, and backfills.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into technical specifications and execute autonomously.
- Strong written communication for explaining system behavior, design rationale, and trade-offs to engineers and GTM leadership.
- Preferred experience with MCP servers, agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, iPaaS or automation platforms, modern data-layer tools, Salesforce certifications, compliance-sensitive environments, or high-growth companies.
