Responsibilities
- Write, test, and deploy accurate and resilient software solutions.
- Understand customer problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates to share and improve work.
- Communicate and document technical work clearly.
- Support production systems and resolve customer-impacting incidents and issues.
- Suggest code and process improvements to increase team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or an equivalent technology.
- Familiarity with React, React Native, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-definition skills.
