Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and operate the physical infrastructure supporting the bare-metal trading platform.
- Operate the trading application environment built from continuously deployed developer and researcher artifacts.
- Own the platform observability stack and intent-driven management system.
- Participate in the team on-call rotation and resolve complex issues in a critical production environment.
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, application developers, internal teams, and external service providers.
- Turn pragmatic production fixes into durable engineered solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of computer-science fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems.
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable systems in production environments.
- Preferred experience with infrastructure-as-code, monitoring and observability tools, servers, switches, operating systems, ultra-precise timing synchronization, low-latency systems, trading environments, market data, or exchange protocols.
