Responsibilities
- Build high-performance, accessible, scalable, and visually polished web applications.
- Translate requirements, user journeys, wireframes, and designs into intuitive production-ready applications.
- Architect scalable front-end applications using React, Angular, or Vue and state-management solutions.
- Build and contribute to reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems.
- Profile and optimize front-end performance through code splitting, lazy loading, rendering optimization, caching, and bundle minimization.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs and manage asynchronous data flows and large-scale front-end datasets.
- Implement front-end automated testing and maintain modern development workflows.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and other engineering partners.
- Use generative AI and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows and build innovative user experiences.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional front-end engineering experience building large-scale consumer- or enterprise-facing web applications.
- Deep hands-on expertise with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, semantic HTML5, and advanced CSS3.
- Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude in software development workflows.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue and robust state-management solutions such as Redux, MobX, Context API, or NgRx.
- Strong experience with reusable component libraries, design systems, responsive design, and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Expertise in front-end performance profiling and optimization.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, modern web standards, and WCAG/WAI-ARIA accessibility compliance.
- Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs and handling complex front-end data flows.
- Proficiency with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or Testing Library.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience integrating applications with LLM or AI-powered APIs is a plus.
- Preferred experience includes AEM, Storybook, Vite, Webpack, Babel, micro-frontends, Node.js, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, AI/LLM applications, streaming APIs, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, D3.js, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based application development, and legacy web application modernization.
