Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build scripts, modules, workflows, and governance automations for Azure Resource Manager, Azure AD or Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
- Develop and maintain production-grade PowerShell automation for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph workloads.
- Create reusable modules with advanced functions, error handling, structured logging, testing, performance optimization, and idempotent cloud-resource design.
- Integrate REST, Graph API, Azure management API, Azure Functions, automation accounts, runbooks, managed identities, app registrations, and Azure Key Vault.
- Maintain Git-based repositories and build pipelines for linting, testing, NuGet packaging, and deployment of Azure Functions, PowerShell modules, and runbooks.
- Implement secure, identity-based automation, least-privilege permissions, compliance controls, and audit logging.
- Produce runbooks, module documentation, architectural diagrams, and automation lifecycle documentation.
- Support operations teams through training, demonstrations, and operational handoffs.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, product management, and platform delivery teams on scalable automation capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale cloud or systems management and automation engineering.
- 3+ years of PowerShell development experience, including module development, advanced functions, error handling, logging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade automations, workflows, and API-integrated cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365.
- Experience leading or supporting complex automation initiatives, escalations, and development workstreams.
- Experience with secure coding practices, operational governance, and structured service management processes.
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.
- Experience with version control platforms such as Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio Code and extensions for PowerShell and Git-based development.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Preferred experience with agent-based or AI-driven automation, orchestrators, copilots, autonomous task agents, REST or Graph integrations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, automation testing frameworks, cross-team technical coordination, mentoring, and regulated or high-security environments.
- Microsoft Certifications are preferred.

- The projected annualized salary range is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 USD.
