Responsibilities
- Lead and manage GCP development activities to ensure timely and high-quality technical delivery.
- Define and maintain end-to-end architecture for the cloud data platform.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Python.
- Implement orchestrated workflows with Google Composer.
- Integrate and manage GCS, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
- Provide scalable data solution architecture and technical guidance.
- Create and maintain functional, technical, and verification documentation.
- Oversee UAT, customer interactions, deployment, production fixes, and hypercare.
- Monitor data integrity and resolve data modelling and pipeline issues.
- Review BRDs and FSDs, identify solution gaps, and manage end-to-end delivery processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing and managing data pipelines with Apache Airflow.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform services, including GCS, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
- Solid Python skills for pipeline development.
- Experience designing scalable and efficient data solutions as a solution architect.
- Experience with data modelling and data quality checks.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills for UAT and production support.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery, including BRD/FSD review, solution gap identification, and deployment.
