Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop repeatable, maintainable, unattended test automation.
- Coordinate with developers on test driver needs and compatibility.
- Version-control automated test threads and scripts.
- Document test procedures, results, and automation frameworks.
- Automate regression testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD.
- Design reusable, modular test scripts for multiple scenarios.
- Improve testing processes and adopt new testing technologies.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related stated field is required.
- At least five years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, mathematical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- An active CI Poly is preferred.
- Experience managing large and complex software and mission integration projects is preferred.
- Experience working with business leaders, IT professionals, and customers is preferred.
