Base Salary
$107k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and code software applications and oversee digital solutions and systems.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct system testing and debugging, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical feasibility, performance optimization, scalability, and overall technical direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to implement complex features and enhance existing functionality.
- Adopt new technologies and best practices and participate in knowledge sharing through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, teamwork, growth mindset, execution, delivery, and business intelligence skills.
- Preferred experience with cloud systems such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred experience building systems that leverage GenAI capabilities.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant engineering field is preferred.
