Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, maintain, and optimize custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues and improve application functionality and performance.
- Work with integration techniques and APIs while following coding best practices and version control practices.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Participate in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Core Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with coding best practices and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
