Base Salary
$150k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical side of the ACM sales cycle through demos, workflow configuration, and solution design.
- Build vertical-specific demo environments for Advertising and Marketing, Media, Digital Services, Design and Creative, and PR.
- Translate customer pain points into specific product configurations and tailored workflow demonstrations.
- Drive AI Teammate activation after close and ensure real client activity and AIT consumption before handoff.
- Partner with account executives on multi-stakeholder deals where technical design or workflow architecture affects the outcome.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it directly to the product team.
- Build reusable technical assets, including demo environments, click-throughs, and configuration guides.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Solutions, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Deep understanding of AI LLMs and GPTs, with the ability to explain their business applications.
- Familiarity with work management solutions and their core enterprise value propositions.
- Ability to influence senior-level operations decision-makers.
- Proficiency in developing, designing, and presenting product demonstrations using decks, briefs, and whiteboards.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies and willingness to apply them to productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
