Base Salary
$70k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement significant components of StrataJazz® at multiple customers across the country.
- Configure user requirements, validate functionality, build reports, and test software features.
- Articulate an understanding of healthcare finance related to customer needs.
- Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders about project issues and risks.
- Lead customer meetings and trainings on StrataJazz® features.
- Contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on enhancements and issues.
- Work in an Agile environment to implement high-quality software.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience leading customers through complex projects focused on timeline and budget.
- 2-3 years experience implementing and configuring software.
- Ability to communicate clearly with all organizational levels.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Willingness to travel within the US up to 20-35%.
