Responsibilities
- Implement significant components of StrataJazz® for Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Episode Analytics across multiple customers.
- Configure user requirements, validate functionality, build reports, develop workflows, and test software features while delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Lead customer meetings and training sessions on StrataJazz® features and functions.
- Communicate project issues and risks to internal stakeholders, managers, project managers, and executives, and execute mitigation plans.
- Provide consultative guidance to customer stakeholders and drive customer engagement.
- Contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth initiatives.
- Provide product development feedback on enhancement requests, defects, and other issues.
- Work in an Agile software implementation environment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience independently leading customers through complex projects focused on timelines and budgets.
- 2–3 years of experience implementing and configuring software.
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulately with all organizational levels.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF Statements.
- Willingness to travel within the United States to customer locations up to 20–35%.
- Experience in cost accounting and healthcare finance is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare consulting related to Decision Support is preferred.
- Experience using SQL or relational database concepts is preferred.
- Experience using StrataJazz® is preferred.
