Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Integrate third-party applications using APIs within the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage application releases and support software deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and system health, identify improvements, and resolve stability issues.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow Integration Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Experience with APIs and third-party application integrations.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot application performance and stability issues.
- Understanding of release management processes and software deployment best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
