Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Enablement processes.
- Build and deploy SaaS systems integrations and workflows to automate the Lead to Cash process.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize Salesforce investments and other sales enablement applications.
- Provide application support and technical administration for Sales and Marketing SaaS applications.
- Optimize system architecture and deliver solutions to achieve business outcomes.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, and workflows.
- Manage operational and reporting requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement and govern security related to profiles and access settings.
- Plan and deploy Salesforce releases and application updates.
- Collaborate with SaaS vendor support to resolve technical issues.
- Create technical documentation including best practice guides and release notes.
- Monitor SaaS applications to improve availability and performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with other Sales enablement SaaS applications.
- Technical experience with application integration tools and native APIs.
- Expertise in developing Lightning Components and improving user experience.
- Experience programming in APEX, VF Page, LWC, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform features and CRM concepts.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
