Responsibilities
- Work directly with strategic startup customers to understand critical workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prototype and iterate on prompts, agents, and workflow designs to unlock customer value.
- Synthesize and deliver feedback to Product and Research teams to improve model and product quality.
- Build repeatable tools and evaluation approaches to enhance quality across use cases.
- Operate with strong judgment in ambiguous environments, balancing immediate problem-solving with long-term improvements.
- Build relationships within the startup ecosystem and serve as a technical partner.
- Create technical presentations and engage with developer and startup audiences.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering and AI fundamentals, with experience in production systems.
- Familiarity with model training pipelines and reinforcement learning.
- Experience building AI applications, agents, or evaluation systems.
- Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable insights.
- Comfortable with prototyping, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages like Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese are a plus.
